Finally it is here, the year 2010. Living in Vancouver we have been counting down to this day for a number of years now as it is our turn to host the world for the Olympic Games. It seems like just yesterday i was anticipating the turning of the clock into the new millennium and secretly hoping that all the computer systems would crash simultaneously. That we know turned out to be rather anti climatic and all was normal the morning of January 1st 2000. Now the 00s are finished and the next decade has begun. I dont know about you , but for me this new year brings a renewed sense of optimism, hope, and the potential for world domination!
In point form here are a few things taking up space in my brain right this moment.
- will the rain ever stop here in Vancouver
- where can i get a nice reliable cheap car
- is going to both Tegan and Sara shows next week a little overkill (i dont think so)
- why is it that i feel i have just discovered Bruce Springsteen and cannot stop listening to the essential collection
- i really should organize my contacts, update and delete
-do i need to share this sort of useless information on a blog that more than likely nobody reads..ha
