My good friend RJ is my primary source for some of my more weird , wacky and unexplained videos and questions.
This particular clip is quite interesting to say the least. I mean with technology these days who knows if it is doctored or not, but in any event its worth checking out. By the way my vote is time traveller all the way...bring on the flux capacitor!!
