SNL, Crazy Promo, and a future GOld Medal Performance

Saturday Night LIve is now amongst the list of shows that i can include in my repertoire of completed television shows. Overall a very smooth experience that i believe was quite successful. If only the show was still funny and influential...ahh the old days. Remember Eddie Murphy, Chris Farley Tina Fey, Will Ferrell. Hands down my favorite skit of the night was during weekend update with Seth Meyers when he interviewed "snookie" from Jersey Shore. "Im talking Scarface poster huge!!!" Too funny!
Moving on to the windy city from New York we are now in Chicago for what will be my last promotional appearance with MB and the Crazy Love promo machine. For the first time since i have worked for the maestro i will be using a sub in place of me for the next couple appearances, so that i can go back to Vancouver and work the 2010 Olympic games. It has been a helluva ride since we left our respected homes on Oct 3, 2009 to begin the promo run in Toronto Canada. I have always been a big fan of the city of Toronto , and despite having opening success at Bravo and Canada AM, i was left with a bit of a bad feeling in my mouth after leaving Toronto. I hope it regains its respect in my mind, but for now i am happy to steer clear of the "centre of the universe". CHicago and Oprah Winfrey were our second stop on the Crazy Love Promo trip and helped us to release a number 1 album in America! The big O has got some pull!! So after various stints in the UK, Germany, France, Holland, Australia, and countries i am forgetting, we are back here in Chicago for my last promo show before the start of our world tour in March.
It has become apparent to me in the last few days that tickets for our Canadian tour have gone on sale because everyone from my sister, to friends i had back in high school of sent me messages of some sort letting me know i will be in their city on such an such day and whether or not they should buy tickets or can i help them out. Unfortunately it is Craig Brittain, not Craig Ticketmaster....although i always help when i can.
After flying home to Vancouver tomorrow i begin my quest to win a gold medal in audio production at this years 2010 Winter Olympic Games. My day begins at 7am on wed and i can be found everyday down at David Lam Park for Livenations mainstage until the end of the games on the 28th. I figure with all of my previous training and sheer brilliance in my field i am a good candidate to find myself up top the medal circle accepting gold for most outstanding and cool audio guy!
Sometimes i crack myself up and the laughter in my head is louder than the crickets in real life....
showertime..
